Your website is possibly your most important marketing asset and should serve your business goals. It is often a prospect’s first interaction with your business and the online experience must create a positive impression that will lead to further interaction between the website visitor and your business.
But good web design no longer ends at beautiful graphics and smooth animations. Good web design today is measured in conversions.
Your website must not only make a professional first impression but also convert website visitors into profitable customers.
What is it that you want your website visitors to do? Should they buy something? Download something? Call you? I will ask you these questions in our consultation so that we best determine how to convert your website traffic into valuable customers.

Google AdWords is perhaps the most important development in advertising in the past 25 years. Globally, Google is searched a billion times per day and can often be the greatest source of traffic to your website.
Getting on the first page of Google for the keywords that are most relevant to your business is often the goal. But depending on the environment and circumstances, you may explore running a paid ad campaign to bring traffic to your website.
But be careful! It’s very easy to waste a lot of money on paid ads. If you want to explore AdWords, then we can craft a strategy that targets the right keywords, demographics and geographical location for your products or services.
Sometimes graphic design is not as important as content or messaging. Some of my favorite blogs and websites are real eyesores but the content makes up for the bad design.
But let’s face it. Looks are important.
Graphics can often make or break a website. Your website visitors may make a snap judgement about your organization based on the professionalism of your website and graphics.
This includes not going overboard with the stock images. We are all tired of seeing Call Center Girl, Two Businessmen Shaking Hands and all the other stock image cliches. These images can serve a useful purpose but I believe it’s better to be authentic, even if it’s a little less polished.
Aim for authenticity. Let’s use real, professional images of you and your business when possible.
